MASBOD Ltd ("MASBOD", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Notice explains what data we collect about you, why, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it.
1. Who We Are

2. What Personal Data We Collect
- Identity and contact data: name and email address
- Order and payment data: records of coaching sessions or guides purchased, and payments processed via our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers ourselves)
- Coaching enquiry data: information you choose to share in enquiry forms or during sessions, which may include sensitive personal information about your circumstances, mental wellbeing, or relationship with alcohol
- Newsletter data: your email address and engagement with our newsletter, if you subscribe
3. Special Category Data
Where you voluntarily share sensitive information as part of a coaching enquiry or session — for example, relating to mental health or sobriety — we treat this with particular care, in line with UK GDPR requirements for special category data. This information is used solely to provide coaching support to you, is not used for any other purpose, and is not shared with third parties except where legally required. By sharing this information with us, you provide explicit consent for us to process it for the purpose of providing coaching to you.

5. Who We Share Your Data With
- Our payment processor, to handle transactions securely
- Professional advisers, including accountants and solicitors, where necessary for them to provide their services to us
- Law enforcement or regulators, where we are legally required to disclose information
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
6. How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain order and transaction data for six years after your last booking or purchase, in line with UK tax record-keeping requirements. Coaching enquiry and session notes are retained only as long as necessary to provide ongoing support to you, and are deleted or anonymised once no longer needed, unless you request earlier deletion.
7. How We Protect Your Data
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including secure storage and access controls, with particular care taken around sensitive coaching information.
8. Your Rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, or request erasure of your data, object to or restrict certain processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it — including consent given for processing sensitive personal information shared during coaching. 9. Children
Our services are not directed at, and are not intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18.
